    Help beating 3-(0)-3-2w-2

    GK
    DC DC DC

    MC MC MC
    AMR AML
    ST ST

This guy beat me in the cup a couple seasons ago and we became friends. Obviously I still want some payback...
We're about to meet each other head to head in the CL semi-finals. I WANT THE FINAL.
What's the best way of playing against this formation? Last time he crushed me 3-0 at my ground when I played 4-1-4-1. He said he had his win bonus on maximum and I forgot to set mine.

Waiting for your tips on this formation. I thought of 4-4-1-1
    Normal
    Focus: mixed
    Counters: on
    Passing style: short

I would try to put some more pressure at his last defensive line with

    4 - 3N - 2W - 1

attacking mentality, high pressing, zonal marking
Small dick guys area in red, blue and green.
    I did that, I won that...blah-blah-blah...

Well I have ever face this kind of team a few times and I used Defensive method (Defending, Long passes, Counterattack)

His formation is a hard attacking formation. i'd use a defensive butterfly and counter attack the flanks long.
Renamed to Bolton Wanderers Season 27.
    League Winners: 3,5,8,16,21,24,26,30,31,40
    Cup Winners: Seasons 10,25,28,35,40
    CL Winners: Seasons 19,23.37,
    Nivea winners; Season 30,41

Lots of options for countering this

Most effective would be the aforementioned 4-3n-2w-1 or 4-5-1V. Followed by 4-5-1 flat, 4-1-4-1, 4-2n-3w-1 or your proposed 4-4-1-1. It probably goes w/o saying, but exploit his lack of defense on the flanks.

Seems good. I think I'll go with that

Defending didn't work last time. I think I'll be better off trying something different. Thanks for your reply mate

No DMR or DML. Any other suggestions?
