Try to look at oppo's formation. if he's thin in the center, which is great, focus pass down the middle (short). Otherwise down both flanks with up arrow on DR and DL.

Also always look for underperforming player during live matches. Look at player with 7.0 or less rating and focus your passes on his position

It's weak against 4-5-1 V however, so you have to rely on your wing backs, which I don't change a lot when they perform well
