I need to know how to counter this formation of weaker opponent

you need a DC for his ST (if you don't have about same q, then use 2 DC)
a DL for his MR, a DR for his AML and a DMC for his AMC.
I would start with 3Dw-2DMC-2MC-AML-AMR-ST. not attack as he can do damage with counters (defense or normal in the beginning)

if you use AML-AMR always from the flanks (as also oppo has 2DC +1DMC) but if you read any comment of the as.manager that it's not working from the flanks, switch to mix - or if you see one of your two wingers performing great and oppo winger def. playing bad, choose that side.
