And it helps me alot, with that order i won 3+ games non-stop.

I'm sorry, but this formation is terrible. 3w in defence without DMC (or two) is a very bad idea. Also, 3 ST generally don't work as good as, for instance, AMC+2ST.

The rest depends on the opponent and how the game goes, i.e. % of completed passes. This is where your manager's talent starts to kick in, because there's no precise recipe. If I were you:

normal mentality (change it in the 2nd half probably)
flanks, obviously
mixed passing style (set on long if I have % of completed passes around 90%; set on short if it's around 80%)
counters off (turn on if I have an advantage in possession)

pressing style low (turn high if the opponent has good % of completed passes, 85%+, or I need a defence boost)
tackling style normal (you probably should set it on high if you need to defend at all cost in the end of the match; it never worked good for me though)
man-to-man marking style
offside trap off
