Help to try a formation

The new season is about to start and i thought of changing my 4-5-1V for a 3w-2-2-2w-1:

*What do you think of this formation?
*What orders should i use?
*Where may i put arrows?

Dude, don't use the same formation all the time. Fit, adapt, adjust!

But as spherical formation in vacuum it's good. I mean, it's universal, all-purpose: it won't be very good always, but most of the times it will be OK.
Same goes with the orders. For this formation only one thing is static: attack throgh flanks. The rest depends on how the game goes.

Correct me if I'm wrong, arrows don't have significant impact.

I played with that formation (3w-2n-2n-2w-1) couple of times, once with a same q team win against 4-5-1v.

Few match can't judge surely but I see when use that formation against a team with only one ST, I use blue for 3 def + 2 mc, red for both dmc + both attacking winger, so attacking wingers getting 4 medfielders support when attack, as well defender getting extra 2 support from midfield but if I see oppon bring amc then one dmc goes blue.

Although I feel naked when use one dc (3dw)

I almost never change formation and always use 2 same formation depend on my player, idc about oppo formation

1st was DL-DC-DR-DM-DM-DM-MC-AML-AMR-ST
2nd was DC-DC-DC-DML-DMC-DMR-MC-AML-AMR-ST

all use flank and rest normal w/o arrow

The formation is good, I like it too. During the last season I used 3W-2- alot with different midfield and attack schemes.
As for arrows, you have too many of them for my taste. But it's not like I know something for sure about it, so don't think I'm trying to discourage you from doing this. It's all personal preferences, I can see the logic in your post.
I don't always use arrows, I tend to let the people play where they suppose to play. AM*s usually play good in attack without attacking arrows, so as do defenders without defending arrows. Sometimes I use def arrows on DMCs in 3W-2- formations, and on central DC in 3N- formations; sometimes atk or def arrows on MCs, but it depends on the enemy and how the game goes.
