He has aml/amr, you shouldn't play 4-5-1 V in this case. ND I a slightly better option, but your opponent attacks through the middle, so your DL and DR aren't fully in use.
I'd play 3n-1-4-1-1. Attack through the middle or mixed, man-to-man, normal mentality, counter-attacks, the rest depends.
