Any manager beat strong 4141 formation before ?

Hi dear managers, my opponent more 10% stronger then me , he use 4141 beat me 2-0 when my home game ,
Tomorrow I play alway any good ideas can I use ?

4-1-4-1 is one of the strongest formations in top eleven. Looks like you're really up against it in the second leg, I can only suggest the 4-2-2-2 hexagon. I've tried it myself against a 4-1-4-1 and won, although my opponent was equal to me. I would try defensive settings with counter using the attack bonus in match. Can't guarentee you'll go through but this tactic should give you a chance! Best of luck buddy!

its depends on your opponnent

but if you want to play defensive

orders def/mixed passing/low pres/flanks red on ml and mr and if he dont have aml/amr or 3 st's you can also red on dl/dr


and you can also play offensive with 4-1-4-1 but then you must look out for counters and have fast defenders

orders normal/short/mixed passing/high press but be aware of counters blue arrows on dc's and dm

i try before , 451v lose 0-2
i try 4222 hexagon lose 2-3
i try 3w142 0-0 draw
i got no ideas on 4141 formation ,
last season i beat the same team before with 3w52 i won 5-0 ,but i am think too risk play with 3 def

I finish my match to day i decide to use 4222 hex with def mentality , counter on final result is 5:2 win ,thx everyone whose give all the advice
