442nd counter formation
After in-numerous matches with very strong opponents (same q or a bit higher) the counter formation I have used with 0% loses, 5% draw, 95% wins

3DC-1DMC-2MC-3AMw-1
3DC-1DMC , arrows down
2AMw , arrow up

Attacking, from flanks, mixed, counter on
Low (High during the game), normal tackle, zonal, offside off.

At time you sense that oppo turns to attacking style and presses high, switch to defensive mentality without changing anything else.
