Attacking, from flanks, mixed, counter on
Low (High during the game), normal tackle, zonal, offside off.

At time you sense that oppo turns to attacking style and presses high, switch to defensive mentality without changing anything else.

You mean 4-1-2n(mc)-3(st)? It's just a variation of ND.
Use 3n-1-3n-2w-1 or 3n-2n-2n-2w-1 against it.

I am facing awfully lot of this formation nowadays. What is the best counter & orders for it? I tend to play 4-1-4-1 and 4-4-2.
