I always difficulties facing the formation of 4-3w-1-2
there may be a suggestion of the senior guys??

What about the different avg qty both team?
3-1-4-2 always do ok. Play normal, down both flanks, mixed pasing, zonal, own half. And force counter attack if you hve same qty.
