how to counter 3n-4-2-1

I have 2nd leg of CL, I play 4-4-2, in first match on my home ground it was 2-2 I was losing 0-2, we had equal number of shoots, but he killed me with counter attacks. I tried to move ml and mr to aml and amr but it didnt help, I just couldnt play as good as I play aganist other teams. His avg rating is 108, mine is 116.

Do anyone have some suggestions how should I play agganist him?

You could try 4-5-1V and go down the flanks, or 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond and go through the middle. If you're positive he's using counter-attacks, use normal mentality and select attack bonus during the match.
