4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond is working very well for me against the classic 4-4-2.
Red Arrow on the DMC, attacking, full pitch, short passing.

Reallaw, why dont you put red arrow on DL and DR to increase the flank attack? BTW, are you attack through the middle as wel? Are you putting Hard mental as well if you are losing by 1-0? Thanks

I keep the DL and DR without red arrows just in case his ML and MR have red arrows and to double block his ST's with 2 defenders DL+DC / DC+DR.
    I'm attacking through the middle.
I'm cofused if you mean tackling mentality with "Hard mental" if so then yeah, i'm using hard tackling only when i'm playing home against same QL Teams or stronger ones than me and in the away matches normal tackling. You get way too many cards if you play hard tackling away.

    hi koiila,
Indeed, 3-2-2-2-1 is couter formation against 4-4-2. However for some reason it do not work in my case for the first leg since I lost 1-0. I dont think I will risk it for the second leg.

This time I am thinking Narrow Diamond with 2 strikers, through middle, attack, hard, short pass I hope i can get more goals.

BTW, you are attacking why do you for counter my friend. I though counter is only for defensive/ultra defensive or at least normal. Please explain thanks

    FYI,
Narrow Diamond 4-1-2-1-2 work great against 4-4-2 classic. First leg I lost 1-0, second leg I won by 6-1. Thank you for all of your help and comment. Cheers
