I personally think if you have the better quality than your opponent by at least 5, then you can use 4-4-2 to match your opponent, as you are likely to outplay them

My last game was 2 days ago and I ended up copying 4-4-2 formation and won 1-3 away game!
I was suprised because I could not assist game, totally forgot about it!

Today I have home game and I will play again the same formation... last time I played long ball and center attacking and worked great!
