How do I counter 4-3n-2w-1

pls guys I need a quick answer, am playing a opponent tomorrow who uses 4-3n-2w-1 formation always, he hasn't drawn any game all season, he has lost twice, OK thrice now(someone just beat him with 4-3-3). I won him in the first leg but I think I was just lucky so I need a formation that will counter and beat 4-3n-2w-1. Am 2nd and his 1st with 1point. This match will be the title decider, I really need to win. A draw will be no good.. Help out guys pls

Or 3-2w-3n-2

Start Def/normal, both flank, mix, mix, low, zonal, yes c/a, no o/t

During the match If you see no dmc or dml/r on opp line then switch long pass.
