Very important Match against 4-4-2 (need also help for my formation!)

Against 4-4-2 i would use what cracicot said.
I'm using the 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond formation by myself against the 4-4-2 formation too and it works good.

I would keep your formation but only put red arrows on the DR and DL and possibly DMC.
attacking mentality, zonal marking, mixed passing up the middle and normal tackling.
