How to Win Against Any Formation II

MY opponent for tonight's first match in the semi finals of the Champions League plays 3-4-1-2 with 3 DC, MR, MC, MC, ML and AMC and ST ST.

What should be my tactics? I have the better team.

Anyone know good tactics to use against the pain staking 5-4-1. I played 352 the first leg but went behind he even had a player injured and wasn't the're to sub and he was still having the better play. I managed to pull a goal back using 3n2mc3am2st.

Like the 4-3-3 this formation can also be easily beaten by putting many players in the midfield area, it is very defensive with a flat back 5, formations like 4-4-2, 3-5-2, 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond and 3-4-1-2 should be effective against the 5-3-2.

I use 3-2WB-3-2 most of the time and I rolled over many teams... Use the arrows effectively
Beaten 3-4-1-2 more than once. Might struggle when against 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond or 4-3-3.
My backup formation is 4-3-1-2 or 4-1-2-1-2 Diamond.
