i am wondering if anyone knows a good counter to this formation?

I have tried the 4-4-2 classic before against this with attacking down both flanks, i even dominated the match for long periods but still ended up loosing 1-0 and that was virtually his only shot on goal sucks hey. was thinking of going 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond in the next match or going back to my normal formation of 4-5-1 v style

Need to win this match against my arch rival and friend. He plays a 3n-4-1-2 formation with scountplayers.He has avg 50 me 45.in our last match 4 days back he beat me 2-0 against my 4-1-2-2w-1.
i would be very happy if some one couls give a hand on how to beat him.
please give settings too.

I'm using a 3-3-3-1 i have 3 dc 1 dmc 1 dmr 1dml 3 mc and 1 st i just change to this position today. My dmc and all 3 mc has red arrows and the three dc dml and dmr all have blue arrows. I'm currently ranked 7 with 8 games left 4 of those games are against people higher than me. when if any time should i change my formation and what formation can beat it?
