How to Win Against Any Formation II

Hello. First time writing usually able to win with some thought and practice, but not sure on this one. Really tough rival, with 1 loss only.
We are on the same level but he has a couple of DMC beast: always get 8-9 in matches.

He uses 4-2DMC-2(AML/AMR)-2ST

Any advices welcome

normal mentality,mixed passing,normal tackling,zonal marking,own half pressing,force counter attack
