This is the big problem in TopEleven game. Teams with centre-based formations as a rule plays better then teams with flank-based formations.
I mean centre formations like 4-3N-3, 4-1-2N-1-2,4-2N-2N(MC)-2 or even 4-1(MC)-2N-3. Flank-based formations are more wastefull.

However try to counter using one of the following ways:
1) If You are better side.
---- DC DC(down) DC ---- (he could use red arrow on his striker so use oine stopper if not remove arrow)

Attacking style, attack both flanks, no counter, no offside, zonal, team motivated, mixed passing.

2) If he's better side.

MR(up) MC ML(up)

Defonsive style (or try ultradefensive during match), attack both flanks, try counter during match, no offside, zonal marking (or man marking if You've got good defenders - but remove blue arrow on DC and DMC), mixed passing.

I also faced this problem so it should work.
Please let me know the result.

PS Some guys suggest to play 4-2MC-2AMR/L-2ST (hexagon). May be it's right solution - I didn't try...

This is just a suggestion, but maybe try a 4-1DMC-4-1:

---DC-DC-DC--
------DMC-----
ML--MC--MC--MR
----ST----ST---
Focus passing down flanks.

Since they only have 1 MC, you want to want to have a lot of midfielders to overwhelm that MC. Then you can control the midfield. You want to have at lest one DMC because of their AMCs. 3 DCs will help counter their 3 strikers.
