3w-1-2n-3-1 counter

This is an odd formation which I did not see in the main counter list. I was thinking 3N-1-4-2 or 3N-1-4-1-1 but I don't know what type of tactics to use. I have a ten point advantage in quality.

Any suggestions would be appreciated it.

Pressing start with low then go high if needed, good luck
