451v managers i need ur help

My 451v seems to have failed all of a sudden, I won d double with dis formation and also got to d champions league final last season, but it seems to Ave failed dis season, my team hardly score goals and I concede mostly from shots from Distance and corner kicks.

My team is pretty much unchanged from d last 4 seasons and I maintain a quality of 120% at D end of each season. My orders are: normal, mixed, long,high pressing, normal tackling, zonal, no offside trap.I use defensive,down both Flanks and short passes when I face a stronger opponent.

I place blue arrows on; dl, dr, left dc, DMC
And red arrows aml and amr.

Your suggestion will be very much appreciated especially from other lovers of 451v formation

I don't think it's formation, problem on players skills or game engine, game engine might want us to buy more new players or improve more. One of my AC team won triple 3 seasons before then won double on next season, last season hardly goes 3rd and this season fighting for rank 8
Still not decided, keep fight for above 8 or go for tanking.
