How to make an World class Player?

I made this post not to give you an answer because even me doesn't know the answer. To those who know how please teach us. I saw video on YouTube and they individually train the players and I did it and it doesn't work. Maybe because it is TE 2k18 now. If anyone know how to make World Class Player, share your knowledge to us. Thank You in advance.
