While you show us your team it's hard to analyse and give any advice without your opponents formation.
Having the best quality does not guarantee a win, your team probably outnumbers mine in quality, mine would be also less than your opponent.
I still would be confident of beating your formation, your team lacks width and so is vulnerable to attacks down the flanks.
You are basically playing 4-3-2 as your DMC is doing very little hidden behind the MC, unless your opponent was playing a AMC, even with red arrows on both MC and DMC you don't solve the problem of attacks down the flanks.
Any formation with a heavy MF capable of flank attacks would most likely give you a tough game.

and it`s true maybe my dr/dl cannot handle his ml/mr ... even if they are with defensive wall SA and much more in defense vs that mf attack ...

and about dmc i don`t remove it because on defense is working very very well stopping many attacks ! (blue arrow makes him act like a dc)

anyway in real life sometimes happen to win a low team vs a high team , like my loved Real Madrid lost against Betis Sevilla
i will try my old formation style and i hope i improve my success rate

No problem but with your old formation beware of 6 man MF's. they could cause you lots of problems.
Eg.

OR

DMR------------------DML
--------MC------MC
AMR------------------AML
-------------ST

Or even the 4-1-2-2-1 V formation

All will attack your flanks.

The SA defensive wall is only to block free kicks not players.

Next time you face 3-4-3 try 4-4-2 or 4-4-1-1 with red arrows on your MR/ML, I'm sure you will like the result.
3-5-1-1 is also a good attacking formation.
