How this game works ?!?!?!

This game engine sucks hard after i was kicked from champions league last season and this season too with much lower team !

How the hell is made this game when i have full players with 34*~ 35* and gk & strikers 39* .. and the other team win me with a range of ~29* LOL !!

who can explain me wtf

1. check if u already place players on their best position
ex: dont place dc as DR or DL

2. maybe ur formation already good but tactic not suitable with ur current formation (mentality, pass, marking. etc)

3. ur opponent use counter of ur formation

4. u didnt watch the live match

5. u didnt give enuf money as prize to motivate ur player

6. make ur stadion full of supporters when u play at home

i`m already in 3rd level so i cannot do any of this mistakes !
1. all in right position and i did check the ability in attack/defence/mental for every single player apart !
2.team mentality :Offensive , style : on flanks (sometimes change to right/left or center during the match) , pressing on my own half , normal overtake , mixed pass , on area marking , force counterattack (because i play with more players in my own half and all my mc/amc got 36~45 attack ability
3.nope just used 3-4-3
4.i did and i had 1 friend for +2% more possesion to...
5.i did rise the win prize but i think i could rise more ...
6.3$ price for a 1k stadium and i did had full stadium for 5% possesion

ps . i have all my team 34 ~ 39 and i still lose ! can someone explain me how the server runs when i have 2 strikers 39 vs defenders 30~31 when i have special abbility to strikers and 42/43 and his defenders don`t get more then 33/34 defence and no special ability !
is not fair to lose vs a 3-4-3 with 30* with my team !

While you show us your team it's hard to analyse and give any advice without your opponents formation.
Having the best quality does not guarantee a win, your team probably outnumbers mine in quality, mine would be also less than your opponent.
I still would be confident of beating your formation, your team lacks width and so is vulnerable to attacks down the flanks.
You are basically playing 4-3-2 as your DMC is doing very little hidden behind the MC, unless your opponent was playing a AMC, even with red arrows on both MC and DMC you don't solve the problem of attacks down the flanks.
Any formation with a heavy MF capable of flank attacks would most likely give you a tough game.

From your above post, your orders.

1. Your individual skills for the position are fine.
2. Your orders attack with counter do not work even with zonal marking, counter attack only works when defending.

and it`s true maybe my dr/dl cannot handle his ml/mr ... even if they are with defensive wall SA and much more in defense vs that mf attack ...

and about dmc i don`t remove it because on defense is working very very well stopping many attacks ! (blue arrow makes him act like a dc)

anyway in real life sometimes happen to win a low team vs a high team , like my loved Real Madrid lost against Betis Sevilla
i will try my old formation style and i hope i improve my success rate

No problem but with your old formation beware of 6 man MF's. they could cause you lots of problems.
Eg.

OR

--------MC------MC
AMR------------------AML
-------------ST

Or even the 4-1-2-2-1 V formation

All will attack your flanks.

The SA defensive wall is only to block free kicks not players.

Next time you face 3-4-3 try 4-4-2 or 4-4-1-1 with red arrows on your MR/ML, I'm sure you will like the result.
3-5-1-1 is also a good attacking formation.

My team had the whole mid-field covered.

one of my striker had a rating of 30(one-on-one scorer) and another of 34(one-on-one scorer). I substituted both with strikers of rating 30 and 39 respectively at half time.
my ml had rating 35, mc's had ratings 45, 42 and 45 and mr had rating 36(dribbler).
my dc's had rating 32,37(defensive wall),40(penalty kick specialist)
my goalkeeper had rating 42(penalty kick stopper)
my opponent had a 4-4-2
he had a gk of rating 21(one-on-one stopper)
dl of rating 17
dc's of rating 49 and 21
dr of rating 34
dmc of rating 20
ml of rating 17
mc of rating 34
mr of rating 21
strikers of rating 21 and 49
i had full attendance in my stadium, i watched the match live, my friend viewed the match(total possession of 15%)
yet i lost the match 1-2!
After he scored the first goal, i substituted my mc of rating 42 with a dmc of rating 33(aerial defender)[decided to play defensive after he scored].he got injured within 37 playing minutes. So i had no one to substitute him as i had already finished 3 substitutions.
My opponent's dmc was given a match ban. He was replaced automatically by an mc(reserve player, not a substitute) when the match started!
I had a possession of 62%. Yet i lost!
i got 7 free-kick chances of which i converted just one(taken by my mc of rating 45) and 3 corners which were never converted.
So someone please give me some sane advice.
By the way, I am a level 6 player! So I know quite well how to play. I won the League Championship once and was runner-up once.
I was the runner-up for the cup championship.
This game is slowly getting on my nerves now.

Wanna know whats better then that ?
Champions league 3rd lv Ro Edu FC (me 34*) vs unknow poor team (28*) i lost with 3-1 ) even if i had full condition / morale 34~39 players !
At 2-0 i changed 1 mc and after joining the game injury himself by forgetting to walk i think , i changed again to other mc and the end was 3-1 for the other one retour ended 2-1 and i was kicked from champions by a **** team w/o spectator or manager
