Started with 3-5-2 and in the first half its 2-2 (attacking mentality, down the flanks, long passing ) then changed to 4-2-2-2 Hexagon (attacking mentality, through middle, mixed passing, own half pressing, zonal, normal tackling) and finished with 5-2

3-1-3w-1-2 works very well against 4-5-1 flat. Normal mentality, through middle, mixed passing, own half pressing, zonal, normal tackling. Nothing els

Played yesterday in a cup match against a opponent using 4-5-1. Used 4-5-1 V style, won 5-1.
Think the counter formation for 4-5-1 flat is 3-5-2 V, if im not mistaken. Hope this helps.
