How to win this formation? Which is counter formation? Please,I am level 19.

I can't play 3-5-2 because I don't have DC in subs. Please help.

DL - 109 (CK specialist)
DC - 108 (defending Wall specialist)
DC - 111 (no spec)
DR - 110 (FK spec)
AMR - 112 (Shadow striker spec)
MC - 114 (Playmaker spec)
MC - 115 scout (no spec)
AML - 115 scout ( PK spec)
ST - 114 (no spec)
ST - 115 scout (CK spec)

And my subs :

MR - 111 (no spec)
GK - 114 (no spec)
MC - 114 (no spec)
MC - 113 (no spec)
ST - 110 (no spec)
DMC - 114 (playmaker spec)

3(DL/DC/DR)-5-2 is no 3-5-2?
Put red arrows on 2 of your middle MC's and it looks like a easy win to me (normal mentality, passing through the middle and long passing)
