Who formations is better and please tell me what tactics I use: Now is that: attacking,mixed,whole field,normal,short pass,zonal and counter attacks and ambushes.

They are both pretty good expecially against 3 def formations and V style. I'd focus the second one on through middle though, and use in both mixed passing instead of short.
