What you did is perfect, i advice you to start with short passes and only if you need tweak it to mixed.

About the red arrow on AMC.
i mean you can put red arrows on AMC but not on ST AML AMR on AMC yes.
You do not have AMC so it does not matter, it was just so you know if yu ever do use a AMC

so ill put short passes but when should i tweak it to mixed?
and also while picking players should i just look at their quality or at something else
and is the foot of the player important like if he has a right foot so i should put him on the right side of the field
