How to beat 4-3N-3 and 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond?

Today I'm gonna play against the opponent who use 4-3N-3 and Tommorow I'm gonna face the opponent who use 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond.
How can I beat him as we all have a bit same quality ?
This a crucial match in the end of the league. Your suggestion would be appreciated

I gonna play final of the Champions League against 4-3-3. Seems to me that 4-3-3 could be really hard if played defensive with counters. This guy played against much stronger team in semi-final, had only 36% possession in both games, but won 2:1 and draw 1:1. Cant say that was only luck because the guy is in final now.

So, I have two tasks:
(1) I need strong defense, strong middle with DCM; AND
(2) I need strong wings
= Not enough players.

So, I decided to apply asymmetric formation. I pick the weakest spot in his defense and will play concentrating all attacks on left wing (my strongest and his weakest):

---CM---CM---
-----AMC---AML
---------ST---
If I see that something goes wrong with asymmetric formation I gonna substitute AMC to AMR (4-5-1 V) or AML to ST (4-2-1-2 NDi). This is final and I dont have pleasure of second try.

Alhamdulillah, I get very good result in my two crucial matches.
First, I played against 4-3N-3 and I decided to use asymmetric formation. And I didn't watch that match. I won surely 3-0

Second, I just played against 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond and I decided to use 4-1DMC-3N-1AMC-1. And I didn't watch too. I think it's a difficult match but I could win 2-0
