4-2-3w-1?

Anyone know how to counter 4-2-3w-1? My opponent is slightly better quality than me. I have 2 great st, good amc and my winger (DL DR AML AMR) is pretty good. For information, my DC is very slow, good defense but not fast. Super cup will start on 9 hours. Anyone can help?

For me zonal always have advantage over man to man. Whenever i try man to man - it's so bad. So for me man to man is used maybe with certain formations and/or tactics.

Anyone please help me counter his formation!
He used 4-2-1-3.
4-5-1 v-style is not working to counter this formation. I lost 0-2 home on the first leg. Second leg is about 48 hours.
Any advice?

You need 3dc+dmc. So maybe try 3n-1-2-3w-1
