That´s a good question, because i don´t know how the opponents tactics are.
I think for the arrows is mixed a good concept and my personal experience with a 4-1-3-2 formation is playing neutral and if the opponent make a goal you can decide to get offensive. I allways play with counter attacks and have a lot of success within.
