how to beat a very offensive strange formation 3-3-3-1?

Hey, i play with 3-3-3-1 sometimes and the best formation for my opponents is 4-1-3-2

this is maybe a key to success for you, but i think the right tactics are just as important.

Thanks ! And, the orders? Arrows? Playing deffensive with counter attacks i suppose..

That´s a good question, because i don´t know how the opponents tactics are.
I think for the arrows is mixed a good concept and my personal experience with a 4-1-3-2 formation is playing neutral and if the opponent make a goal you can decide to get offensive. I allways play with counter attacks and have a lot of success within.
