No. As long as I understand it looks like:

-------ST------
------AMC------
---MC-MC-MC----
DML---------DMR
----DC-DC-DC----

Literally a 5-3-2 (3-5-2 when attacking) formation with very attacking fullbacks (DMs) (I suppose) + a libero. I guess he attacks mixed (he tried to add depth with DML/R) and if they are red and good he succeeded. Otherwise it's a monotonic "through the middle" approach with 6-7 defending and then counter attacking.
For me, it's sooo boring and defensive (and inefficient as well)

I've never met in Top Eleven this formation but I would try either 4-1-3-2 or 4-5-1. The lack of wing presence is a sound weakness. therefore any formation which attacks down both flanks would be just fine. To be honest though, I don't think I would ever change my tactic for this.
