How do you approach 3 MC formations?

Always struggle vs people who use 3 MCs in their formation. Most common one I meet is 4-3N-2-1 but also others. Rarely win against those. I mostly play 4-2-3-1, 4-2-2-2H, 3W-1-2-3-1 or 4-4-2 flat.
What tactics do you recommend when coming up against such opponents?

I think that AMs and DMC also count as midlefield players in a part.
So 4-5-1 V would work.
If you have MR-AMR and ML-AML, try 4-1-4-1 with arrows in your ML,MR.
