How to face 3N-4-1AMC-2

Hello everyone, I have a bit trouble how to face 3N-4-1-2. Because, I sometimes win and lose when I faced this formation.

May you guys in this forum have experience or analysis how to beat this formation

All your suggestion will be appreciated and I'll consider which one to use. For sure, Im gonna post the result with picture as the referance for others.
