    Get used to it. Season 7, I had an amazing team 18 players (6 from team's academy), 60%+ ball possession (with 3-1-4-1-1), up to 4*-5* players av. age <24 and I finished 4th. 2 guys had world class players and 2 more scouts. No hope. For me, a successful season means promotion + champions leauge + a decent performance at cup. No chance for championship unless you're lucky enough.
