How to win against better team 2-3-2-3 ?

Tactics using -
Attack - attacking, through the middle, short passing, off
Defense - High, Hard, zonal, off

Start with Mixed focuss passing, and check the bar, if you change to left or right side and you get more possession, keep it, if not bring back the middle option.
The same with mentality, maybe you will play better with defensive, check bar and keep or remove.

Normal Takcling, use only Hard if you notice that the opponent is so aggressive so to try to force a red card by focussing passing to the side where the opponent has a yellow carded player.

Mixed passing, and the same, you can check if short, long gives you more possession.

Man to Man always.

If you do not scor try rotating the attack players that are more advanced and switch STs for AMCs/R/L...


Btw Ive read the quality wrong, its almost +30 and will be so hard in reality because he has a prepared team.. so, good luck because can't tell you more with the match starting soon .... :/
