Any experience against this formation?

Tomorrow i have a match for the semifinals of the cup. He is one level above but we are both 5star teams with scouts. The opponent is using a 3N-1-3W-1-2 formation and i was wondering if anyone of you guys have any experience on it because i dont. Thank you.

cm redarrow and in game you can always set red arrow on the lam and ram

and i should give also the middf a blue arrow working like a sweeper

i played with the 3N-3W-1-2W-1 but decided to play with 4-5v-1 next match

I normally win with that formation with the players on their right positions

no bro i only had red arrows on AMR AML, i played normal, mixed, own half, hard tackling, mixed, zonal with counter attacks
