tbh i never played against such a team

but for discussion purpose,he is strong at flanks and weaker centrally at back, if i was you, I may try 4-4-2 defend and counter and sending long balls to 2 STs hoping they will beat one CB..
another one, could be
3N-2W-2-2 using DML/DMR add blue arrow to all 3 at back , again counting on hitting him in counter and attacking him centrally .. where you only have DMC and CB to beat .. so hopefully with some luck you hit

but again that is in theory .. i never played against this formation before
