Weird Formation 3n-1-2n-2w-2

How do i counter this formation.. he is my champions league final opponent and has very very good World Class and Scout Level Players... I have like mostly 4-5 Star players...
Any idea what would be an effective formation against it?

It will be difficult man but try to use butterfly with defensive mentality, down both flanks, own half, long passing, normal tackling and yes counter attack, no offside trap

Weird? why? is a normal 3 5 2 V Style! I use it often, it is a good tactic
