Any special settings?
No,dont use any arrows.Attacking mentality,mixed passes down both flanks,pressing own half,no counter-attacks,no offside traps.
by the way, i don't see free-kick taker
If you more stronger thn him, you can use 4-4-2 ND. Attacking mentality, through the midle, own half, short passing, zonal. No counter attack/offside trap. But 4-5-1 v style work well too

My bad.. i meant corner takersby the way, i don't see free-kick taker
If you more stronger thn him, you can use 4-4-2 ND. Attacking mentality, through the midle, own half, short passing, zonal. No counter attack/offside trap. But 4-5-1 v style work well too
If you're afraid of his corner takers,maybe you can try to press him in whole pitch,not in your own half.This maybe will help.

iam playing tomorrow against a friend of mine. We are in the same league, he has 21.2 quality and i have 18.9. His team is uses only 5 and 4 stars player, while i still use 3 star players -.-.
He uses the mentioned formation 4-1-3W-1-1. His Formation is pretty badass, considering his win rate this season and last season ^^.
In our league, we both have the strongest teams. The next best team has 17.2. So its pretty easy for him...
Iam using this formation:
4 - 1DMC - 2MC - 1 AML + 1 AMR - 1ST
How good is my formation against him ? Can i actually win against him ?
the game is tomorrow at 6.30 PM.

Ive used 4-5-1V style and Ive won 3-2 away from home and he scored second goal luckily.
