How to counter 4-2(DML/DMR)-2(MC)-1(AMC)-1 and 4-3N-2(AML/AMR)-1

Hello guys,

i would like to ask for help against these both formations.

The first one, 4-2(DML/DMR)-2(MC)-1(AMC)-1, is used by my friend. We are playing in the same league.
My team quality is 20.9 and his 25.4 - how can i counter his formation ?

Also, which tactics should i use ?

The next formation, 4-3N-2(AML/AMR)-1, is used by my next league opponent. I play against him in 90mins.

How would you guys counter this formation ?

To counter the first use 4-4-2 narrow diamond, the second use 3-2-3-2 (3dc, dml/dmr, 3mc, 2st)
