I recommend 4-3W-3, attacking, passing to both flanks, own half, hard tackling, long passing, zonal marking and counter attack on...

3N-5-2v is a better counter formation.

Why use DL/DR when he has no attacking flank players? Best to set up 3 in central defence and have an extra striker.

agree. i could use 3-6-1v also . always use it in big matches like CL final or against very strong team. never let me down .

So, does 3N-5-2 really work against 4-1-3N-2? If it really does, may i know the team order that you used? I face a team with that formation too tonight, and I'm normally using 4-5-1V.. And my rating is slightly higher than his. His rating is 25.3 and mine is 27.4.

3N-5-2v is a better counter formation.

Why use DL/DR when he has no attacking flank players? Best to set up 3 in central defence and have an extra striker.
Should i use a DMC? Or 3 MCs?

    Thank you for your help.
