   There are some other people that read it, but it needs to be constantly updated because nordeus changes up how formations work, and so sometimes the formations they say are counters don't work anymore

    that's because you have good rated players. If your team had bad stats they would be committing a foul and more often than not injuring the players. I've also tested this out on my partners account...
