    I think the confusion might stem from the fact that the lights and scoreboard don't display their level until you upgrade them. Every other asset says L0. Lights and scoreboard are blank.

    To upgrade a gym to a training ground, you need every other asset at level one or higher - including stadium, scoreboard and lights.
