talking a little about this new distribution system of the teams in the league...

I have heard many Brazilian friends complaining of this new system.
They are two years together always with friends and now everyone is divided, each is in a different league despite having similar qualities.
They note that if by chance next season do not get together again they will stop playing because no one wants to play alone!
I know several people who have leagues of friends and they are all angry about this.
