This makes good sense to me the cup gets harder as your team improves , I'm level 4 yet my cup I play against level 6 It's hard !!!

Too many arrows for my thoughts turn them all off maybe just use 1 or 2 ????? 1 forward for main striker could do it you are still in the race at this point

Welcome JLP, best way is squad rotation for me, choose which game is more important to you as a manager ,play your strongest side only when needed .
