   haha, well.. those are 56Q now, next season i would be able to buy 54Q 18-20y.o, would be easier to get em to 56 and higer than train those 22-26y.o.. ;D

   From what I can think of by the games standards, once the player learns the special ability the game instantly identifies them with greater expectations on their shoulders and will rate them more...
