I always play with 11+1 players in my main squad. I didn't know this is an achievement =] It is actually the most efficient way to play IMHO.

End of the season and 1 player missed 2 games (in one game he went out early do to an injury and in another game he was out due to red card) 8 players missed from 1 match each as i protected them...
