no
So far, examining every season from LV1 to LV42 the fast/slow trainers, the only indicator is the higher value.
This rule was very strict, specially in low-mid levels....

Not true... Height and weight are cosmetic... Have a lot of short players and most of them are fast trainers...

same for me, I have 22 players the lowest ranked 96%Q and they offer me the choice of 3 80% players and not even in positions I have a shortage, like I only have 1 striker in my squad, you think...

As a 35 token player i love the idea of an international team playing alongside the 'real' game, and you can win good players to go into your league team at the end.
This doesn't seem to be it...

Just a tip,before you join the challenge change your 1st 11 with low quality players,at least visually your opponents will have lower quality .
